How It Works
Effective Date: June 14, 2026
From the moment you start your assessment to medication arriving at your door, here's exactly what happens — typically within 5–7 business days.
Complete your online assessment
5 minutesAnswer a series of health questions about your goals, medical history, current medications, and lifestyle. The assessment is built around the same clinical screening tools used in in-person practice. Your answers are encrypted and only shared with the licensed provider reviewing your case.
Verify your identity
2 minutesConfirm your identity with government-issued photo ID. This is required by state medical boards and pharmacy partners to prevent fraud and protect patients. Your ID is encrypted, never sold, and used only for verification.
Submit your case for review
InstantYour intake is routed to a licensed physician in your state. For most products, no upfront payment is required — you only pay if the provider determines treatment is right for you.
Provider reviews and decides
Typically within 24 hoursA licensed U.S. physician reviews your full case. They may approve a prescription, request more information, recommend an alternative treatment, or decline based on safety considerations. You will receive a notification with the outcome.
Pharmacy fulfills your prescription
1–2 business daysYour prescription is transmitted to a LegitScript-certified 503A compounding pharmacy. They prepare your patient-specific compounded medication and prepare it for shipment.
Discreet shipping to your door
2–3 business daysYour medication ships in temperature-controlled, unmarked packaging via expedited carrier. Tracking is provided. Injectable medications include supplies (needles, alcohol swabs, sharps container).
Ongoing care + automatic refills
MonthlyYour subscription auto-renews monthly. Provider follow-ups occur as clinically appropriate — typically every 1–3 months. Adjust dose, pause, or cancel anytime from your patient portal. No long-term contracts.
