How we handle reviews
Every patient is invited
We send a review invitation to every patient after their first order is delivered — not just the ones we expect to be happy.
No incentives, ever
We never offer discounts, credits, or free product in exchange for a review. Incentivized reviews are prohibited by Trustpilot and by us.
We invite after delivery
Invitations go out once you've actually received and started treatment, so reviews reflect the real experience rather than first impressions.
We don't remove criticism
Negative reviews stay up. We respond to them publicly on Trustpilot and use them to fix the underlying problem.
Verify us independently
You should not have to take our word for any of this. Our telehealth certification can be verified directly with LegitScript, and our reviews can be read in full on Trustpilot without going through our website.
